RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

Unfortunately we do not offer returns/refunds if you simply change your mind or the size is wrong, this is because Pure Apparel makes each item individually when it is selected & ordered by you. So we ask to please choose carefully and check the size chart before purchase as these are custom made to your preference.

You are entitled to a full refund for items you purchase from Pure Apparel if the item is;

a) Faulty & the fault/ defect was not pointed out to you prior to purchasing.

b) Not of "merchantable quality", meaning that it is not of the quality you reasonably expected, bearing in mind the items description & price.

c) Not fit for its purpose, meaning the item does not do what it is intended to do.

And you comply with Pure Apparels Returns Policy mentioned above.

Pure Apparel reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a Pure Apparel gift card of equivalent value to the item, we are happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund.
