Wholesale Pricing

Pure Apparel offers 50% off our RRP price on all garments for approved wholesale customers, with no minimum order numbers. 

GST

All prices are inclusive of GST.

Ordering

• Orders can be placed through our online wholesale portal, which can be accessed with your chosen username and password through pureapparel.com.au
• When placing your order, our system will ask for the following details:
  • Detailed delivery address
  • (Optional) Special Instructions e.g. a note can be added to your order.
• Due to the volume of orders received on a daily basis, we are usually unable to consolidate orders. Orders placed separately, will be treated as separate orders and both will incur freight charges should they apply,

Print Times

At Pure Apparel, we house a large range of stock and personally hand-print each garment to order. This not only reduces waste, but allows us to offer a much wider range of gear.

With this in mind, estimated processing times on all wholesale orders is 2-3 weeks*.

*Occasionally throughout the year, this turn-around may increase, we will always endeavour to give you ample notice if this is the case.  

Freight

For smaller orders, we use 500g-5kg Australia Post Standard satchels.  We use Perron Logistics for large orders and if you’re local to us in Perth, we can arrange free pick up. 

Charges:

• 0 - $80 AUD = $10 – Australia Post – Express Delivery - 1-3 Business Days
• $80 - $175 AUD = $15 – Australia Post – Express Delivery 1-3 Business Days
• $175 - $200 AUD = $20 – Australia Post – Express Delivery 1-3 Business Days
• $200 - $350 AUD = $25 – Australia Post – Standard Delivery 3-7 Business Days
• $350 - $600 AUD = $40 – Road Freight Delivery 3-7 Business Days*
• $600 - $999 AUD = $50 – Road Freight Delivery 3-7 Business Days*
• $1000+ AUD = $80 – Road Freight Delivery 3-7 Business Days*

*If you require express delivery on any order made which are $200+ please write in the ‘Special Instructions’ when ordering, or drop us an email and we will send over an additional invoice for express delivery. 

Payment Methods

Payments are made, whilst ordering on our wholesale portal. We accept, debit/ credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay online.

Returning Goods

Due to each product being one-of-a-kind and printed to order, we don’t offer returns on any items.

If an item is faulty, please contact matt@pureapparel.com.au or faye@pureapparel.com.au with a description and image of the item and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Annual Range Launches & Sales

Subject to available stock, Pure Apparel will have a staple selection of our best-selling garments available all year round.

We will launch additional ranges throughout the year, mainly a Spring / Summer range around September/October and an Autumn / Winter range around April/May. 

There may be additional limited ranges available throughout the year, which we will upload to the wholesale site and notify you about in advance.

Throughout the year (usually at the end of season) we occasionally run sales on our website www.pureapparel.com.au and reserve the right to do so.

Changes to Wholesale

We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions that govern our wholesale relationships, at any time. We will notify current wholesale account holders of any such changes.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make alterations to our wholesale products, prices, shipping methods, returns policies or any other part of our wholesale process.
